Nyakers Botanical Swedish Gingersnaps Tin

Nyakers Gingersnaps, called Pepparkakor in Swedish, are flavorful, crisp and addictively delicious. Produced from the same treasured recipe since 1952, these award-winning cookies are baked by Sweden's most prestigious family-owned bakery. The bakers at Nyakers are experts at baking the lightest, crispest "snap" cookies.  This magnificent botanical gift tin contains the Original Gingersnap cookies packaged in a special insert to help prevent the cookies from breaking. The insert contains 4 sleeves at 150g each with a total of 120 snaps in each tin.

The gingersnaps are made with wheat flour, sugar, cloves, cinnamon, ginger, and salt.

Nyakers Pepparkakor was founded in 1952. At the time, it was an ordinary local bakery supplying a variety of pastries. The bakery’s bread wagon traveled between farms selling to households. The Swedish family-owned company is now one of the largest in the Swedish market for gingersnaps, and an increasing share of production is exported to countries all over the world.
